All data sources are publicly accessible platforms including but not limited to: Google, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed, and public websites.
While we strive for accuracy, competitor intelligence is based on publicly available data and our analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information. Reports are provided for informational purposes and business decisions based on our reports are made at your own risk.
Reports delivered to you are for your business use. The underlying methodology, tools, and systems used to generate reports remain our intellectual property.
RivalIntel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, we will cease monitoring and report delivery. You retain access to any reports already delivered.
